    The ideal ergonomic height of the feeding stations reduce fatigue. Loading height can be adjusted to meet the needs of operators of different heights and reduce the operator's labor intensity.
  • Intelligent System
    1.Smart Sorting:
Chip-embedded garments: The feeding system’s RFID reader/writer automatically reads garment chip data. A barcode scanner simultaneously scans the hanger QR code, binding garment and hanger information. Recognized customer data and garment type are displayed.
Non-chip garments: Barcode scanner reads the hanger QR code. Operators manually select customer information and garment type on the display for subsequent automatic sorting.
2.Customizable Sorting Levels: Configure for Primary Sorting (by Customer) or Secondary Sorting (by Department/Unit).
